What Payment Methods do you accept?

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks or Money Order. Through Paypal you can use Discover or send an eCheck. Our policy is that personal checks require 2 weeks for bank clearance.

Will you let me know when my order has shipped?

Yes. At the end of each business day we update all completed orders to the status of shipped and this automatically sends you an email letting you know that your order was shipped provided we received an accurate email address and that you or your ISP does not have filters blocking receipt of the email. The text and time stamp of this email is also recorded under your account. You can log into your account, click on the date of your current orders to view any messages we have sent you. It is common for customers to have filters that block the receipt of the emails we send to communicate with you. If you have this problem, you'll have to log in to view your messages or change your filter settings to correct this situation.

For UPS shipments, we can program the shipping software to send a tracking notice to you automatically provided we received an accurate email address and that you or your ISP does not have spam filters blocking receipt of the email.

Shipments sent by Priority Mail will not receive tracking information as the postal service tracking system does not provide accurate results at this time.

Why didn't I receive an email notifying me of a problem with my order?

If a problem occurs that prevents us from filling your order we will send you an email. We are meticulous about sending these emails and we record the date and time that emails sent. However, it is common for customers to have filters that block the receipt of the emails we send to communicate with you and this is beyond our control.

If you are having trouble receiving your order status emails you will have to log in to view your messages or change your filter settings to correct this situation. If you are having trouble receiving emails also check that there are no type errors in the email address provided to us.

The most common problems that prevent us from filling your order are type errors entering the credit card expiration date, the card security code or failure to provide the credit card billing address. Any one of the these errors will halt fulfillment of your order until it is corrected. If we do not receive corrections from you within 30 days we will cancel your order.

Because there are so many browsers and settings, we are not able to advise you exactly how to adjust your settings to correct the problem. Will you ship outside the USA?

We do not sell internationally and can not accept payments from international sources or ship to locations outside of the USA.

Are you herbs organic?

We offer a large selection of organic and wildcrafted herbs. If the bulk herb being offered is organically grown we use the word organic in the title describing that herb. We also use WC in the title to describe herbs that are wildcrafted / wildharvested.

What is the difference between the Lavender Flowers Extra and Lavender Flowers Select?

The difference is in color. The Lavender Select has a nice lavender color and should be used when color is important to your project. The Lavender Extra has more green buds and is a good choice when color is not important, such as stuffing in sachets. Both the Extra and Select Lavenders have excellent aroma.

No. We are retail only.

No. We do not sell wholesale to stores. We are mail order only and you may order online at your convenience.

We receive 500-1000 emails each day and do not attempt to answer them all.
