I use this vitamin C to add to frozen fruit juice and to mix with flavors for water. It gives me a vitamin C boost and it tastes great. It brings out the flavor in frozen fruit juices and is not noticeable as a flavor. Great for anyone who wants to boost their vitamin C intake and not their sodium intake. I also use it in wine making to add acidity to the mash. The yeasts love it!
